27 Aylmer Street

Instead of five identical homes, we’ve designed a small collection inspired by different architectural traditions: a Georgian Revival home, three three-bedroom cottages with a bedroom on the ground floor and the back home, larger living downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. We believe that new homes should add to a neighbourhood, becoming more beautiful as the years pass. With only five homes available, we’d love to see them go to people who appreciate this style of architecture as much as we do. But if all we’ve achieved is making Aylmer Street an enjoyable place to walk down for generations to come, we’ll consider this project a success.
