27 Aylmer Street

Instead of four identical homes, we’ve designed a small collection inspired by different architectural traditions: a Victorian Bay Villa, two Tasmanian Villas, and a Georgian Revival home. We believe that new homes should add to a neighbourhood, becoming more beautiful as the years pass. With only four homes available, we’d love to see them go to people who appreciate this style of architecture as much as we do. But if all we’ve achieved is making Aylmer Street an enjoyable place to walk down for generations to come, we’ll consider this project a success.
