Ngaio Gardens September 2026

The build at Ngaio Street is progressing well. It’s been busy on site, and it’s great to see the development really starting to take shape.

Progress so far:
Block A (House 1, 3 & 5)

• Door, window and stair measurements completed.
• Finials installed.
• Pre-roof inspection completed.

Block B (House 2 & 4)

• Door and window measurements completed.
• Pre-roof inspection completed.

Block C (House 6 & 7)

• Roof and fascia works progressing.
• Weatherboard delivery received.

Block D (House 8 & 9)

• Trusses installed.
• Fascia and roofing works progressing.

Block E (House 10 & 11)

• Plumbing pre-pipe completed.
• Electrical pre-wire underway/completed.
• Kitchen measurements completed.

Block F (House 12 & 13)

• Window and stair measurements completed.
• Fascia installed.
